This warranty covers defects in materials and software for the SmartPet Auto Door manufactured by Pet Auto Doors LLC to the extent of repair or
replacement at Pet Auto Doors LLC’s discretion.
Period of coverage
The warranty is 1-year parts ONLY with a prorated 4-year extended coverage plan.
The customer is responsible to replace defective part(s) or ship the defective unit to Pet Auto Doors LLC for repair. Warranty begins at the date of
purchase if the registration on Pet Auto Doors LLC’s website is completed within 30 days of purchase or the date of manufacture if not registered
within the initial required 30-day time frame.
Prorated Warranty Coverage
Year 2 – 30% cost of defective parts w/Free Shipping or 75% OFF New Door Purchase plus flat rate shipping cost of $45.00
Year 3 – 50% cost of defective parts w/Free Shipping or 50% OFF New Door Purchase plus flat rate shipping cost of $45.00
Year 4 – 65% cost of defective parts w/Free Shipping or 35% OFF New Door Purchase plus flat rate shipping cost of $45.00
Year 5 – 80% cost of defective parts w/Free Shipping or 20% OFF New Door Purchase plus flat rate shipping cost of $45.00
*Disclaimer
Defective products must be shipped back to Pet Auto Doors LLC within 30 days of warranty claim to qualify for the discounted prorated warranty coverage pricing. Any
product not received will be invoiced for the full amount and the responsibility of the customer.
Warranty does not cover
• Damage caused by accident, misuse, liquid contact, fire, or other external cause
• Damage caused by operating the SmartPet Auto Door outside of The Pet Auto Doors LLC’s Manual
• Damage caused by modification of SmartPet Auto Door performed by anyone who is not represented by Pet Auto Doors LLC
• Shipping costs to Pet Auto Doors LLC for warranted SmartPet Auto Door
• Lost birds/flocks due to malfunctions or operating failure of SmartPet Auto Door

the extent of repair or replacement at Pet Auto Doors LLC’s discretion.
